New England Severe Threat

Severe weather is possible today in parts of the Northeast. An Enhanced Risk is in place across New England including Boston, Worchester, Springfield and Lowell, MA and Manchester, NH.

Surrounding areas of the Northeast are in a Slight Risk area including Pittsburgh, PA, Yonkers and Syracuse, NY, Providence, RI, and Paterson, NJ.

The greatest risk today will be damaging wind gusts. A tornado is also possible, as well as isolated large hail.
