Central U.S. Severe Threat

Severe weather is possible today across parts of the Central United States from central Arkansas through Missouri and into far western Illinois.

This includes St. Louis, Springfield, and Columbia in Missouri and Little Rock and Fayetteville in Arkansas.

All modes of severe weather will be possible with any thunderstorms that develop in these areas later today. The greatest threat for tornadoes will be from south central Missouri into north central Arkansas.
