Tornadoes and Damaging Wind Overnight
SD and NE has highest risk of tornadoes...

There is a Slight Risk of severe weather overnight for parts of the central and northern plains and for parts of mid-Atlantic regions and Virginia. The main severe risk overnight is going to be from damaging straight lines winds and very large hail. Tornadoes are still possible especially over the northern and central plains.

TORNADO WARNING for Grand Forks, ND. At 6:43 PM CDT amatuer radio reported a TORNADO ON THE GROUND moving toward the City of Grand Forks, if you are in the area, take shelter immediately.

TORNADO WARNING for several counties in northwest Minnesota. These storms have a history of producing tornadoes.

TORNADO WARNINGS are currently in effect for numerous counties in North Dakota. A cluster of tornadic storms is currently approaching the City of Grand Forks. A tornado has been confirmed 3 miles northeast of Larimore at 6:45 PM CDT. If you are in or near this area, please take shelter now. Areas included are Gilby, Larimore, Emerado, Mekinock and Grand Forks.

TORNADO WATCH for central and eastern South Dakota until 2:00 AM CDT
